Drug and Alcohol Testing
The Company Nurse is a full service Drug and Alcohol Testing company. In addition to being a leading distributor of instant drug testing supplies, we also provide on-site specimen collection and testing services.
DOT Testing
For mandated DOT testing, we provide on-site collection with SAMSHA Lab testing and Medical Review Officer (MRO) oversight. At The Company Nurse, we strive for the highest level of professionalism, which is why all field personnel are DATIA Certified Professional Collectors (CPC) for all DOT modes, and Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) certified. All collections will be performed exactly as outlined in 49 CFR, Part 40.
Non-DOT Testing
With more flexibility in Non-DOT collections, we customize solutions for our clients. Typically, The Company Nurse will provide an on-site, Instant Drug Screen with between 5 and 12 panels. Presumptive positives are then sent out for laboratory confirmation and MRO review.
